Meet Leigh Ann
As a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with a specialized focus on ADHD, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and personal insight to my practice. Living with ADHD myself and raising a child with ADHD, I understand firsthand the challenges, frustrations, and triumphs that come with managing attention, activity, and emotions through nutrition.
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and deeply personalized—designed to support individuals and families navigating ADHD at every stage of life. I translate complex nutritional science into realistic, sustainable strategies that fit into real lives, helping clients improve focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
Whether working with children, teens, or adults, I meet clients where they are, offering practical tools grounded in both research and lived experience. My goal is to empower families with the knowledge, support, and confidence to make food a powerful ally in thriving with ADHD.
